is a construction, interior design, and procurement company
registered in Nigeria (RC: RC1046286), with its principal office
at 22/23 Billings Way, Oregun, Lagos, Nigeria. References to
“we”, “us”, “our” or
“the Company” throughout these Terms refer to 3A
Design Solutions Limited.
By accessing this website, you agree that you will:

3A Design Solutions Limited provides the following professional
services:
Construction
Residential and commercial building, renovations, extensions,
structural repairs, and project management.
Interior Design
Space planning, 3D visualisation, full fit-outs, furniture
selection, lighting, and turnkey styling.
Procurement & Supply
Sourcing and supply of building materials, furniture, and
fittings — locally and internationally.
Project Management
End-to-end project coordination, BOQ preparation, site
supervision, and handover management.
All services are subject to a separate written contract, signed by
both parties before any work commences. No binding service
agreement exists until a formal contract has been executed.
Enquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a
contract.

Quotations & Proposals
Validity: All
quotations and proposals provided by 3A Design Solutions Limited
are valid for
30 days from the date
of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Accuracy: Quotations
are based on information provided by the client at the time of
enquiry. Changes to scope, specifications, or site conditions
after a quote has been issued may result in a revised quotation.
No obligation:
Providing a quotation or proposal does not create any obligation
on either party to proceed with the project.
Bill of Quantities:
All formal engagements are accompanied by a detailed BOQ. The
BOQ forms part of the contract and constitutes the agreed scope
of work.
Our standard payment structure is as follows. Specific terms may
be varied by written agreement:

deposits are non-refundable once materials have been procured or
work has commenced
We are committed to delivering projects on time. The following
conditions apply to all project timelines:
•Project
timelines are agreed in writing before commencement and form
part of the signed contract
•Timelines are conditional on the client providing timely
access, decisions, and payments as required
•Force
majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions,
or material supply disruptions beyond our control) may extend
agreed timelines without liability
•Client-requested scope changes may extend the project timeline.
Any extensions will be confirmed in writing
Defects Liability Period:
We offer a structured post-completion review at 3, 6, and 12
months from the date of practical completion to address any
defects arising from our workmanship.
Scope of warranty: Our
warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials supplied by
us. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence,
unauthorised alterations, or fair wear and tear.
Manufacturer warranties:
Products and materials sourced by us may carry separate
manufacturer warranties. We will pass these on to the client at
handover.
Reporting defects:
Defects must be reported to us in writing within the defects
liability period. We will assess and rectify confirmed defects
at no additional charge.
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics,
photographs, project images, the 3A Design Solutions logo, and all
other materials — is the intellectual property of 3A Design
Solutions Limited or its licensors and is protected under Nigerian
copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from
this website for commercial purposes without our prior written
consent.
Design work, drawings, and 3D visualisations created by 3A Design
Solutions Limited for a client project remain the intellectual
property of 3A Design Solutions Limited until full payment has
been received, at which point the agreed rights transfer to the
client as specified in the project contract.

Portfolio & Photography Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 3A Design Solutions Limited
reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use these
images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes —
including on this website, social media, and print materials.
Client identity will not be revealed without explicit consent. If
you prefer that your project not be featured, please inform us in
writing before project commencement.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, 3A Design
Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect,
consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or
in connection with the use of this website, reliance on
information published herein, or the provision of our services.
•Our
total liability in respect of any project shall not exceed the
total value of the contract for that project
•We are
not responsible for any losses arising from factors outside our
reasonable control
•Website
content is provided for information only and does not constitute
professional advice
We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably and
professionally. In the event of a dispute:
1.
Negotiation: Both
parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through direct
negotiation within 14 days of written notice.
2.
Mediation: If
negotiation fails, the parties may agree to refer the dispute
to a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing legal
proceedings.
3.
Litigation: If
mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any
disputes not resolved through the process described in Section 11
shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Lagos State, Nigeria.
